Langtang

I am leaving early tomorrow morning for my 3rd trek to area called Langtang. We will be going on a 12 day trek to the area. We will be doing research on a people group called the Tamang people. This time though we do know for a fact that these people exsits and that the area we are going to is where they live. Here is my itinerary for that trip.

Oct 14: drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Besi
Oct 15: Syabru Besi trek to Gatlang
Oct 16: Gatlang trek to Tatopani
Oct 17: Tatopani trek to Thuman
Oct 18: Thuman trek to Briddhim
Oct 19: Briddhim trek to Sherpagaon
Oct 20: Sherpagaon trek to Ghoratabela
Oct 21: Ghoratabela trek to Langtang
Oct 22: Rest Day
Oct 23: Langtang trek to Lama Hotel
Oct 24: Lama Hotel trek to Thulosyabru
Oct 25: Thulosyabru trek to Dhunche
Oct 26: Dhunche drive to Kathmandu

The area is about an 8-9 bus ride north of Kathmandu. This trip should be a lot more enjoyable thatn the last one. This trip is pretty set in stone so I will be back on the 26th of October.
